Using Pierce in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must:

• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Have permission to use bots in the servers where Pierce is installed

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or overload the bot
• Use the bot for illegal or harmful activities
• Exploit bugs or attempt to bypass safeguards
• Interfere with the bot’s operation or security

Violations may result in restricted access, removal from a server, or a permanent ban.

Pierce is provided “as is” and “as available”:

• No guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service
• Features may change, break, or be removed at any time
• Downtime or maintenance may occur without notice

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict or terminate access to Pierce at any time
• Remove the bot from servers
• Suspend or ban users at our discretion

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, data loss, or service disruptions. Use of Pierce is at your own risk.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Pierce after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
