Is Pierce free?

Yes. Pierce is free to use, and core features will always stay free. Optional extras may be added later, but they’ll be clearly marked.

Why can’t I use any commands?

This is usually permissions. Make sure Pierce has the right permissions. Also ping the bot to make sure you're using the right prefix.

Where can I find help?

Check the Docs for setup + commands. If you’re still stuck, join the support server and we’ll help you out.

How do I get started with Pierce?

Invite Pierce, make sure it can read and send messages, then follow the quick-start in the Docs or run /pierce. After that you can start running commands immediately.

What permissions does Pierce need?

Recommended: Administrator, to make sure everything works as intended.

Does Pierce store any data?

Pierce only stores what it needs to function (like server settings/config). We don’t sell your data. You can link your privacy policy here for details.

How can I report bugs or suggest features?

Use the support server. Include steps to reproduce, screenshots, and the command you ran so we can fix it faster.

Why did Pierce leave my server after I invited it?

This can happen if your server is blacklisted. To whitelist your server again, join the support server and open a ticket.
